The Hungarian Parliament Building, situated on the banks of the Danube River in Budapest, is one of the most iconic landmarks of Hungary. Surrounding the Parliament, the square features statues of prominent Hungarian figures and memorials, including a tribute to the victims of the 1956 uprising. Across the Danube, the building’s reflection creates a picturesque view that has become synonymous with Budapest’s image.
